AIS is pleased to announce the launch of its Best Practice Awards. The Awards are open to all AIS members, regardless of size and are free to enter. For details on how to enter click here. AIS is looking for a genuine innovation led by a member company, which it can use to help other members and show to specifiers the value of using AIS members. The winning entries will likely be from companies demonstrating an innovation that results in a clear benefit, and for the innovation to be transferable between member companies. Judged by a panel of experts from relevant industry fields, the awards recognise outstanding innovation in the commercial interiors industry. Innovation is increasingly recognised as a key driver of growth and profitability in construction, by both companies and governments. It enables companies to broaden their portfolio of products, expand services to customers and keep competitors at bay. It can also take them in entirely new directions. Winning entries will be featured in AIS publications and will be announced at the AIS Conference in October. The closing date for entries is 31 August 2010.
